About the PMP® Training Program
The PMP® program is designed with a parallel combination of theory + practice. Beyond understanding body structure and Pilates exercises, students are equipped with a comprehensive skill set to become a true instructor:
LESSON PLANNING & TEACHING SKILLS
Develop lesson plans and methods for guiding exercises, observing and correcting Pilates postures.
PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING
Enhance endurance, resilience, and the confident demeanor of a Pilates inspirer.
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
Master body structure and systematic Pilates movements on various equipment.
MUSIC LISTENING SKILLS
The first Pilates center in Vietnam to guide students in training with music to coordinate rhythmic breathing.
INSTRUCTOR PSYCHOLOGY
Observe and understand students' psychology, connect and create sustainable motivation for students on their health journey.

Certification
Awarded PMP® certificate with professional practice value, recognized by the Pour Vous system nationwide.
Career Opportunities
- After obtaining the PMP® certificate, you will join the instructor team and teach at Pour Vous at the basic level
- After 3 months of teaching basic classes, you will learn advanced skills to lead advanced classes.
- You will have free access to all classes at Pour Vous
Tuition & Terms
Full training package cost: $5,500
*Installment support program available (terms and conditions to be discussed directly with Pour Vous when joining the training program)
*Note: During the training period, the contract will be terminated if the student is absent for more than 3 sessions without a valid reason.
